SUMMARY:
The main purpose of this position is to supervise, direct, train and evaluate employees in the Call Centre Department

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties:

To manage the relationship with allocated customers ensuring retention and growth.
To manage the performance of team members and provide training if and where necessary.
To provide team members with assistance and advise to ensure that both internal and external queries are resolved within the stipulated turnaround times.
Monthly KPI management (Productivity /quality). Ensure service levels are achieved daily/monthly/yearly. To provide management with regular and ad-hoc reports.
To control and manage departmental office administration.

Requirements:

National certificate
Grade 12/Matric
At least 5 years experience in a similar position
MS Excel-Intermediate
MS PowerPoint-Basic
MS Word-Intermediate
MS CRM-Advance Reporting Bases-Advance
