SUMMARY:
The main purpose of this position is to supervise, direct, train and evaluate employees in the Call Centre Department

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties:
  • To manage the relationship with allocated customers ensuring retention and growth. 
  • To manage the performance of team members and provide training if and where necessary.
  • To provide team members with assistance and advise to ensure that both internal and external queries are resolved within the stipulated turnaround times.
  • Monthly KPI management (Productivity /quality). Ensure service levels are achieved daily/monthly/yearly. To provide management with regular and ad-hoc reports.
  • To control and manage departmental office administration.  

Requirements:
  • National certificate 
  • Grade 12/Matric
  • At least 5 years experience in a similar position
  • MS Excel-Intermediate 
  • MS PowerPoint-Basic 
  • MS Word-Intermediate
  • MS CRM-Advance Reporting Bases-Advance
