SUMMARY:
Telesales Consultants with 1+ years Outbound experience wanted for Local Campaign - Westville Branch. (Uncapped Comm Structure - Local Campaign)

In collaboration with your team you will be responsibilities for:

- Leading by example and operating with ethics, integrity, and professionalism.

- You will take ownership and be responsible for meeting and exceeding targets.

- As you progress, you will be responsible for mentoring, motivating, and leading your own sales team.

Essential Criteria:

ü  Outbound call centre experience – Minimum 1 Year

ü  Leadership Qualities 

ü  The ability to manage performance, motivate and coach others

ü  Strong people and relationship building skills

ü  Exceptional negotiating skills

Qualifications:

-       Valid South African ID

-       Matric or NQF equivalent
