Purpose of the Job:

The Call Centre Operator will report to the Key Accounts Manager. The primary responsibility of the Call Centre Operator is to ensure an efficient operation of the site.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Enforce the Company’s ‘Code of Conduct’
• Handle and resolve Staff and Client Complaints
• Carry out duties and tasks as per the Call Centre Job Description
• Ensure that the primary function of the switchboard is always upheld
• Client Liaison
• Incident Report Writing
• Incident Management
• Report to Senior Management

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Matric Certified
• Grade C PSIRA Registered
• Fluent in both written and spoken English
• Solid Computer Proficiency
• International Call Centre or Security Control Room experience
ADVANTAGES:
• Completed Tertiary Studies
• Strong additional P.C. Skills
• Payroll /Data Capture experience
• Any other operational experience
