SUMMARY:
An expanding Logistic Company is seeking an eager Call Centre Operator to join their energetic team in Pretoria. We specialize in placing professionals in the Consulting Division and our clients are consistently looking for accomplished candidates with strong technical skills, hands on approach, strong academic achievements, and a stable work track record.

POSITION INFO:

Role:

The vibrant individual will be responsible for assisting the drivers over the phone 24/7 working a 3-cycle shift, managing reports, queries, claims, trip monitoring and diesel stations.

Experience:

2-3 years call centre experience in transport or logistics managing claims, reports and communication, Afrikaans speaking preferably.

Qualifications:

Matric
