Minimum requirements:

Excellent telephonic communication skills
Grade 12 Senior Certificate
Fluent in Afrikaans & English
Must reside in or around Centurion area
Excellent Administration skills
Good communication skills, both written and verbal
Advanced MS Office Skills
High levels of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness
Ability to apply judgement and tact when providing explanations
Ability to manage client’s expectations
Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
Team orientation. Committed to team goals, targets, objectives
