Our client in the telecoms industry is seeking a Call Centre - Call Handler to join their team in Nelspruit

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:
  • Previous experience in customer service (experience in product range is an advantage – Print, Telecoms, Security, Connectivity, IT)
  • Computer Literate (Microsoft Office, printing, internet, emails, etc.)
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
  • Ability to be accurate and meticulous
  • Strong planning and co-ordination skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and stay calm and positive in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving and Trouble shooting
  • Determined, Accountable, Innovative, Self-disciplined, Yes-we can Attitude, Persuasive
