JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for committed, friendly and professional customer focused individuals to join their existing team. We have the availability for successful candidates to start immediately.

As a Customer Support Professional you will be responsible for the following:

Manage customer contacts, inbound/outbound telephone calls, emails, letters and SMS meet compliance guidelines and client service levels.

Show empathy, discretion and respect confidentiality of our clients and customers

Advise of the consequences of non-payment and use of strategies to avoid adverse credit rating

Deal with complaints

Meet call quality, customer experience and compliance standards.


Requirements:

Self Motivation Excited and energetic. Commitment. Fluent English. Training will be provided.
