JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a Call Center Representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers.

Duties & Responsibilities

What will be required of the role?

• Inbound calls.

• Maintaining up to date knowledge of product range.

• Answer customer questions about goods or services in terms of price, conditions and credit terms.

• Address or appropriately channel customer queries and complaints professionally

• Booking calls

• Following up on jobs

• Liaise with the different stores on deliveries.

• Matric

• Able to communicate with ease

• Listening with empathy and understanding

• Ability to resolve problems
