Call Centre Agents

Our client, leading in the insurance industry, is looking for a Call Centre Agent to join their Pretoria team. This position requires the candidate to interact with potential clients and close sales with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to market products
• Sell product to a wide range of clients using a wide variety of products
• Ability to accurately assess customer needs and potential, identify and deal with objections that may arise
• Ability to sell high volumes of policies whilst insuring call of high quality
• Ability to handle complaints as well as conflict telephonically
• Maintain and develop professional selling skills
• Achieve minimum 5 hrs talk time
• Daily report for sales achieved.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years’ experience working within an insurance environment
• Minimum 1 years’ experience working within tele sales environment
• Grade 12 / Matric
• FAIS Qualification (NQF L4/5)
• FAIS 120 Credits
• RE5
• DOFA Report or full qualification
