JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client, leading in the insurance industry, is looking for a Call Centre Agent to join their Pretoria team. This position requires the candidate to interact with potential clients and close sales with clients.

Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to market products
Sell product to a wide range of clients using a wide variety of products
Ability to accurately assess customer needs and potential, identify and deal with objections that may arise
Ability to sell high volumes of policies whilst insuring call of high quality
Ability to handle complaints as well as conflict telephonically
Maintain and develop professional selling skills
Achieve minimum 5 hrs talk time
Daily report for sales achieved.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 years’ experience working within an insurance environment
Minimum 1 years’ experience working within tele sales environment
Grade 12 / Matric
FAIS Qualification (NQF L4/5)
FAIS 120 Credits
RE5
DOFA Report or full qualification
