Minimum requirements:

Matric
1 year call centre experience
Technical Proficiency and Understanding in/of Products/Services
Computer Literate
Good oral communication abilities
Problem-Solving and Flexibility
Familiar with telephone and computer technology
Team and client orientated
Strong speaking skills and sales experience
Speed and efficiency
Ability to handle pressure
Ability to build strong relationships
