Well established law firm in Johannesburg is looking for a dedicated and dynamic Call Centre Agent, specialising in Insurance Recoveries to work remotely or from their Johannesburg office

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:
  • Matric
  • Minimum of 2 Years' Experience in a Call Centre as well as previous insurance recoveries experience
  • Must be deadline-driven and able to work from home
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Must be able to effectively handle confidential information
  • Must be computer literate 
  • Must be available immediately
