SUMMARY:
Call Centre

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The successful Call Centre Agent will be responsible for:

  • Timely, complete resolution of problems
  • Scheduling of on-site visits by the Technical Engineers
  • Guaranteeing customer satisfaction by professional technical assistance standards
  • Managing the collection feedback data related to the products
  • Effectively recording and management of incoming cases
  • Acting as first-line in troubleshooting
  • Maintaining data accuracy within the working systems

The Call Centre Agent will have:

  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
  • Knowledge of customer service practices and principles
  • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively

NO EXPERIENCE WILL BE NEEDED AS WE PROVIDE TRAINING.
