Call Centre Agent (Automotive industry) - N4 Gateway in Pretoria-East area

POSITION INFO:

A Well-established firm within the automotive industry has an exciting opportunity for an out-going person with a sales type pf personality and excellent Communications skills to join their team in Pretoria-East area.

Purpose of the job: Phoning leads and making appointments – NO COLD CALLING

Minimum requirements:

Must have excellent communications skills
Out-going type of personality
Must be confident and able to talk over the phone
Working hours: Monday -Friday 08:00 – 17:00 and every 2^nd Saturday for +-3 hours
Friendly and customer orientated type of person

Duties will include but is not limited to:

Phoning leads and making appointments for Buyers/Assessors to go and buy potential cars
General administration duties
