Established Law Firm is looking for a Call Centre agent to join their dynamic team

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:
  • Grade 12
  • Excellent verbal communication in English plus at least 3 other SA Languages
  • 2 Years' plus experience working in a Call Centre dealing with Banking Collections, Micro loans etc.
  • Must have experience working in Excalibur
  • Experience working with DebiCheck an advantange
  • Must be capable of Collecting R200,000 plus per month
  • Only candidates with the abovementioned experience will be considered for this position
