Our client is looking for Call Centre Agents, x10 in Johannesburg, x10 Cape Town and x10 in Durban.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Education and Minimum Requirements:
 
A matric certificate or NQF level 4.
Fluent in English both oral and written.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to conduct yourself via telephonic communications.
Ability to work on your own as well as in a team
Computer literate.
Self-driven and motivated
 
Responsibilities
 
Assist customers with any issues that they may report.
Call potential customers using our database provided.
Provide information regarding our products and services and answer any questions that may be asked.
Actively market our products and services.
