JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:
  • Matric
  • Minimum of 3 Years Experience as a Call Centre Agent/Operator
  • Must have experience dealing with Collections 
  • Knowledge on Excalibur will be an advantage
  • Must be able to work independently 
  • Must be available immediately
