Minimum requirements:

  • Matric
  • Past Call Centre Experience (1-2 years)
  • Good client communication (patience, willing to help)
  • Able to work shifts & Standby
  • Clarity in communication
  • Problem solving
  • Ability to work under stress
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications
  • Basic network understanding will be beneficial
  • Able to work in a group environment
  • Working Hours (Office based): Monday-Friday, 08h00-16h30

One week per month: Monday-Thursday, 15h00-20h00 (Friday off, on duty again the Saturday and Sunday, 08h00-13h00)
