Call Centre Agents needed for UK based company to provide telephonic support, advice and guidance on products and services offered.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • !2 - 24 months Call Centre experience in Customer Services environment.
  • Able to handle questions, queries and/or resolve complaints.
  • Offer feedback, support and guidance 
  • Adhere to company policies, processes and procedures.
  • Able to communicate exceptionally well in English.
  • Must have matric
  • Able to work rotational shifts
  • International Call Centre/BPO experience advantage 
  • Able to work rotational shifts.
