Call Centre Agents needed for UK based company to provide telephonic support, advice and guidance on products and services offered.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

!2 - 24 months Call Centre experience in Customer Services environment.
Able to handle questions, queries and/or resolve complaints.
Offer feedback, support and guidance
Adhere to company policies, processes and procedures.
Able to communicate exceptionally well in English.
Must have matric
Able to work rotational shifts
International Call Centre/BPO experience advantage
Able to work rotational shifts.
