SUMMARY:
Our client, a well-established company within the FMCG sector is looking for an experienced Call Centre Agent to join their team.

POSITION INFO:

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

Internal telephonic sales
Accurate capturing of orders (electronic and telephonic)
Capitalize on any opportunity to sell the company’s products
Achieve and maintain weekly and monthly sales targets
Provide product knowledge to customers
Develop and maintain sound relationships with internal and external customers
Conduct outbound sales campaigns
Maintain the Call Centre’s SLA’s
Ensure adherence to all Company credit and sales policies
Ensure that all queries are followed up on timeously
Identify opportunities that exist with customers and reporting on these opportunities

Educational requirements:

Grade 12

Experience and skills required:

1 – 2 years’ experience working within a Call Centre environment
Computer literate (MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook) and SAP
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Strong administrative skills – high attention to detail
Ability to multi-task
Ability to close sales
Target driven
