SUMMARY:
Our client in Pretoria has an opportunity available for a Call Centre Agent. This will be a temporary position for 3 months.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

Matric
3 years’ experience in a call centre environment
Excellent telephone and customer service skills
Excellent communication skills
Fluency in at least two official languages
Knowledge of CIC telephone and Oracle system will be an advantage
Computer literacy with high proficiency skills in MS Office packages
Ability to work under pressure
Good administrative skills
Good time management skills

KPAs:

Continuous liaison with different departments to ensure efficiency and client satisfaction
In-bound calls and logging of queries with Administrator
Advising clients about registration procedures, status of registration and financial queries
Investigating and resolving queries telephonically and through written correspondence
Administrative duties i.e. filing and handling of faxes and liaison with clients via email
