SUMMARY:
Call Centre Agent and Administrator - Silverlakes, Pretoria

POSITION INFO:

Our client in the financial services industry is seeking a Call Centre Agent and Administrator for their offices in Silverlakes.

Minimum requirements:

  • Matric
  • Reliable own transportation
  • Previous Debt Collection experience would be an advantage
  • Computer literate (MS Office and Excel)
  • Previous call centre experience would be an advantage
  • Strong customer service background
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Fully Bilingual in Afrikaans and English (third language will be beneficial)
  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm

Duties will include but is not limited to:

  • Telephonic debt collection of outstanding accounts for company providing negotiation to with clients on accounts in arrears
  • Effective communication and negotiation to ensure successful commitments to pay
  • Follow- up daily on progress of the PTP’s
  • Updating and status management of all clients’ accounts on system software
  • Taking inbound calls
  • Making outbound calls
  • Granting loans through the call centre
  • Screening customers for loan approvals
