SUMMARY:
A call centre company that is a third party to Cell C and MTN, focussing on contract clients with insurance, is looking for a Inbound Call Centre Agent.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Must have an Inbound Call Centre assisting with claims, follow-up, customer service

Call Centre Customer Service (Inbound):
Grade 12
Minimum of 12 months experience within either inbound call centre or customer service
PC skills is a must – Word, Excel, Outlook – this should reflect on their CV
Clarity on the phone, energy/positive voice
Attentive listening skills, passion to assist the client until the client is satisfied
Work ethics and integrity is key - The nature of the business is handling claims/queries /follow-up on existing claims - about cell phones, Agents receive confidential information regarding business’ and individuals. This information must be handled with utmost sensitivity and confidentiality.
Dress Code – neat office wear
Timeous reporting to work, no clock watchers 7:45 – 17:00, every 2nd Saturday 8:00 – 13:00
