SUMMARY:
Large retail head office seeks to employ an experienced Outbound Call Center Team Leader who has gained experience in cellular campaigns.  Offices are based in Sandton.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements
  • Matric- additional tertiary qualifications advantageous
  • RE5 / RE7 Highly Advantageous
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in an OUTBOUND cellular or financial services environment required
  • No customer care or inbound call centre experience will be considered
  • Must be computer literate (Excel and Word)
  • Must have extensive cold calling experience
 
Duties and responsibilities
  • Responsible for Call Center Staff on your team
  • Motivate and drive staff
  • Manage call targets
  • Problem solving
  • Reporting
  • Manage sales
  • Ensure that the staff are well motivated at all times
Position offers a low basic but a very lucrative commission structure
