SUMMARY:
The main purpose of this position is to ensure that call centre agents are service oriented and professional through supervision of the performance of team members and motivation when required.Ã‚Â Must have technical experience/knowledge and be an analytical individual

POSITION INFO:

Duties:

Motivating and inspiring team agents to maintain and/or improve on their daily KPI’s.
Encouraging, supporting, and motivating team members. Meeting and exceeding departmental objectives
Ensuring that the employees follow their schedules properly as designed
Handling escalated calls, complaints, questions, and queries as necessary Looking constantly for development as well as continuous improvement in the entire team.
Documenting general reports on each team member’s performance and targets as well as ensuring that they exceed the targets.
Improve service delivery of agents in their teams
Monitoring, organizing, and coaching team on a day-today basis.

Requirements:

Grade 12
At least 5 years Call Centre experience and two years management/ supervisory experience
Call Centre Technology-Advanced
Technical knowledge and or experience
Customer Focused
Call Centre background
Ability to work shifts
Overtime work required
Own transport – preferred
Good computer skills/knowledge – Microsoft products and good typing skill
