SUMMARY:
A global leader in contact center solutions has an exciting opportunity for qualified Dental Assistants.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The role will include but not be limited to:

Recommending changes to be made to the Setup Technician through use of CA
Supporting customer care associates, offering guidance and clinical support as needed including communication with patients and doctors
Reviewing treatment plans and diagnostic information for appropriateness and accuracy, prior to submitting it to a network licensed dental professional for final approval
Assisting with quality assurance monitoring and process improvement initiatives
Maintaining confidentiality of sensitive customer financial information

Requirements:

Recognised qualification in Dentistry or Dental Assistance
2 years or more of clinical chair-side experience required
Excellent communication, conversation and active listening skills
Experience with clear aligner treatment is a plus
Strong computer navigation skills
Must be willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
