Customer and Advisor Care Consultants
R6 000 CTC plus commission

Our client based in the Northern Suburbs are seeking experienced customer care consultants

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

Grade 12 or similar qualification essential.
Computer literate (Excel, Word & Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for the following positions are essential:
- Incumbent 1 & 2: Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Afrikaans.
- Incumbent 3: Excellent written and verbal communication in English, Xhosa and Zulu.
- Incumbent 4: Excellent written and verbal communication in English, Sotho, Tswana and Pedi.
Any other languages will be beneficial.
Previous Customer Care experience in a Call Centre will be advantageous.
Insurance knowledge will be beneficial.
