Job Description

Your responsibilities will be the following:

External sales and account management within assigned regions or accounts
Lead generation, client acquisition, and retention
Quotation preparation, follow-ups, and order processing
Client relationship management and customer service
Achieving sales targets and KPI’s
Liaison with internal departments (production, accounts, factory, logistics)
Market intelligence and competitor analysis
CRM and system updates

Qualifications

Matric
Sales or technical qualification (advantageous)

Skills

Minimum 3 years’ experience as an external sales rep (HVAC Sector)
End-to-end sales cycle management
Client-facing sales environment
Industrial / product-based sales exposure (preferred)
Proficient in MS Office
CRM systems – MS dynamics
Proficient in BaaN (order capturing – advantageous) – ERP

Salary/Package

R40,000 – R45,000 CTC PM
