SUMMARY:
Sales Manager (Furniture & Packaging) – East Rand

POSITION INFO:

This company manufacturer and supply furniture and packaging solutions

Your responsibilities will be the following:

Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
Develop and implement sales strategies across all product categories
Drive new business development while nurturing key existing accounts
Support field sales activity through client visits and relationship management
Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and reporting
Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and delivery
Identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities

5–10 years’ experience preferably closer to 10 within a similar industry
Proven experience in a sales management role within educational furniture, educational toys, packaging, or related B2B sectors
Strong understanding of the relevant markets and customer buying behaviours
Possess an established customer base or existing customer lists within these sectors
Demonstrated ability to grow and leverage relationships to drive revenue
Proficient in MS Office
Valid Driver’s License & Own Vehicle
