SUMMARY:
East London Area – Eastern Cape: Our client is looking for an experienced/ mature Cropping & Cash Crop Farm Manager with ownership mentality to join the team.
Only candidates with the relevant experience will be considered.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  •  Agricultural Diploma / Degree Advantageous
  • Min of 8-10 years previous crop farm management (all aspects)
  • Experience with tractors, harvesters, seeders, sprayers tillage machinery and fertilizer handling equipment
  • Strong leadership skills and able to motivate team
  • Proven ability to work independently
  • Computer literate
  • Maintenance and mechanically orientated
  • Ability to speak Xhosa advantageous
  • Valid driver’s license
