SUMMARY:
Chongwe Area – Zambia: Our client is looking for a Cropping Farm Manager to join the team. Only candidates with relevant experience will be considered.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
  • Agricultural Diploma/Degree highly advantageous
  • Min of 5 previous years farm management experience
  • Min of 5 previous years of cropping experience
  • Proven experience with maize, soya and barley advantageous
  • Computer literate
  • Maintenance and mechanically orientated
  • Experience with tractors, harvesters, seeders, sprayers tillage machinery and fertilizer handling equipment
  • Ability to lead and work with a team
