CRM Functional Consultants

SUMMARY:
We are looking to appoint at least 2 Microsoft Dynamics (D365) Functional Consultants.  The Microsoft Dynamics Developers works alongside a team of Architects and Functional Consultants to manage various CRM systems and platforms across our current client base.  
 
This is a Permanent/Full Time vacancy that offers remote work benefits, however, we do need the skills to be based in Gauteng as clients may from time to time require onsite visits.

Microsoft CRM Functional Consultants
 
We are looking to appoint at least 2 Microsoft Dynamics (D365) Functional Consultants.  The Microsoft Dynamics Developers works alongside a team of Architects and Functional Consultants to manage various CRM systems and platforms across our current client base.

Responsibilities:

• Transform business requirements into a straightforward and technical models, and match processes to application requirements.
• Prototype and configure processes in Microsoft Dynamics 365, CE, Sales, Customer Service, Field Services, Marketing , Portals, Talent Omni Channel & other Modules, to make sure the system works the way your client needs it to.
• Run workshops with your clients, consultants, and client leaders to analyse and design solutions for any application, and handle gaps detected during prototyping
• Document all the Business Requirements Docs (BRDs), Function Requirements Docs (FRDs), Functional Design Documents (FDDs), Technical Design Documents (TDDs) and any other related documents, Visio Diagrams, Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERDs)
• Prepare Technical Proposal Documents.
• Deploy and Provision D365 and its associated modules in to the Cloud.
• Prepare Training Manuals, Test Cases and Test Packs, and other Docs your clients would need to use the system.
• Work with the technical team to make sure that your clients'' needs are incorporated into the specifications and functions
• Create or evaluate a breakdown of your clients’ businesses processes so that you can identify and link functional and non-functional requirements
• Support testing the proposed system and train users

• 3 to 5 years'' experience in a MS CRM and D365 Consultant role.
• Experience in D365 Marketing, D365 Portals, D365 Field Services, D365 Talent D365 Omni Channel.
• 3 years'' experience with the Dynamics CRM/D365 frameworks.
• Any experience in Power Platforms, Power Apps, Power Automate or Power BI is highly advantageous.
• Ability to work in a Scrum/Agile environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation and time-management skills.

• Must be a clear methodical thinker with good problem-solving skills.
• Able to perform under pressure in a fast-changing environment.
• Self-managing and takes the initiative to resolve issues.
