CRM Developers

SUMMARY:
We are looking to appoint at least 3 Microsoft Dynamics (D365) Developers.  The Microsoft Dynamics Developers works alongside a team of Architects and Functional Consultants to manage various CRM systems and platforms across our current client base.  
 
This is a Permanent/Full Time vacancy that offers remote work benefits, however, we do need the skills to be based in Gauteng as clients may from time to time require onsite visits.

We are looking to appoint at least 3 Microsoft Dynamics (D365) Developers.  The Microsoft Dynamics Developers works alongside a team of Architects and Functional Consultants to manage various CRM systems and platforms across our current client base.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a key member of the team that designs, develops, manages and enhances existing Dynamics CRM platforms.
• Participate in requirement gathering and analysis, provide insights on Dynamics solutions and best practices, apply D365 modules to achieve goals, develop customizations to the system.
• Provide end user training, troubleshoot issues, ensure functionality, provide documentation and reports, make ongoing improvements to the system.
• Guide the technical team with your Dynamics CRM expertise to support the ongoing efforts of the organization.

• 3 to 5 years'' experience in a similar Software Developer role.
• Experience in D365 Marketing OR D365 Portals OR D365 Field Services OR D365 Talent OR D365 Omni Channel is required.
• 3 years'' experience with the Dynamics CRM/D365 frameworks.
• JavaScript/C#/.NET Framework is a must!
• Any experience in PowerPlatforms, PowerApps, PowerAutomate or PowerBI is highly advantageous.
• Ability to work in a Scrum/Agile environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation and time-management skills.

• Must be a clear methodical thinker with good problem-solving skills.
• Able to perform under pressure in a fast-changing environment.
• Self-managing and takes the initiative to resolve issues.
