POSITION INFO:

An established online media and digital marketing business, based in Johannesburg, is expanding and looking for a CRM and Campaign Marketer.

Responsibilities:

• Setting up and implementing email marketing campaigns in order to achieve the company’s objectives
• Define CRM schedules and marketing plans as well as coordinating the execution, monitoring and reporting to ensure deliverability
• Analysing the current email marketing efforts and target audiences and providing suggestions or recommendations for improvements
• Ensuring all marketing messages have been clearly conveyed and delivered in the correct format and template to prospects
• Liaising and working alongside the marketing team to create effective email and SMS content
• Creation and setup of ongoing campaigns that are designed to onboard new customers, engage with existing customers and drive re-activation of churned or dormant customers.
• Monitoring campaign performance and activity to ensure objectives are being met.
• Use statistical analysis to conduct detailed reporting and measure the performance of executed campaigns
• Define and manage CRM workflows from brief through to execution
• Responding to and resolving issues raised by internal stakeholders

Requirements:

• 2-3 Years experience in the Online Gaming Industry or E-Commerce Industry as a CRM/Campaign Marketer
• Experience in managing projects across multiple stakeholders
• Proficiency in marketing automation technology (Email and SMS)
