Our Clients dynamic team is seeking a talented Utility Administrator/Creditors Clerk to join their ranks and play a vital role in managing our utility accounts (water or energy).

POSITION INFO:
In this role, you will:

• Process invoices from utility providers (water or energy) with accuracy and efficiency.
• Ensure timely payments and manage vendor relationships.
• Conduct thorough data entry and maintain accurate records.
• Analyze and reconcile invoices to identify discrepancies and resolve any issues promptly.
• Research and investigate any billing errors or inconsistencies.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and accounting personnel.
• Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and best practices.

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in a related role, preferably within the water or energy industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with utility billing procedures (a plus).
