CREDITORS CLERK - CENTURION

SUMMARY:
The main purpose of this position is to ensure all invoicing is completed accurately and timeously.

POSITION INFO:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To receive Worksheets for processing and raising invoices and credits for installations, deinstallations, re-installations renewals and repairs on ERP System.
• To ensure correct stock is loaded on Service Manager Invoices and that the information on the worksheet corresponds with all systems.
• To ensure the corresponding AP transactions is captured accordingly.
• To reconcile AP account on Monthly basis.
• To meet all deadlines set for the department regarding month end/ quarterly and year stock takes.
• To ensure that all details are correct and necessary documentation are attached on systems for invoice purposes and if not attached to investigate and process according to the SOP.
• To ensure that the minimum required invoices are processed per day and done strictly on SOP.

EDUCATION:

• Matric

SOFTWARE EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• MS Excel - Intermediate. 
• AccPac - Intermediate. 
• MS CRM - Basic 
• EQM - Intermediate.
• Hub Tool - Basic.
• SARS Requirements i.r.o. invoices.
• SOX.
