COUNTER SALES CONSULTANT BUILDING INDUSTRY

POSITION INFO:

Well established Company specializing in the supply of Ceilings and Partitioning to the Building Industry has a vacancy for a COUNTER SALES CONSULTANT for their Factory in the Durban North area.

The purpose of this position is to maintain high customer service levels through accurate and timeous processing of customer orders. To increase sales and promote the Company''s Products.

Duties:

Receive and process orders from customers
Coordinating deliveries
Telesales to secure orders
Follow through on sales leads
Timeously resolve customer queries
Increasing sales through the promotion of products
Ensure strict adherence to procedure and maintain accurate documentation

Skills Required :

Good communication skills
Customer focused attitude
Good selling skills
Ability to work under pressure
Maintaining accurate documentation
Target driven

Requirements :

Grade 12

Previous sales or customer service related experience
Experience in the building industry (Ceilings and Partitions) and or product knowledge
Computer Literacy including word, excel, outlook, Syspro (advantageous)
Sales / Marketing qualification would be advantageous
