Conveyancing Secretary - Bonds
Paarl, Western Cape
Salary Negotiable based on experience

Dynamic firm of attorneys, conveyancers and notaries based in Paarl, has an opportunity for a Bonds Secretary to join their team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements:

Matric, paralegal qualification is advantageous.
English and Afrikaans
Drivers License (for use of company vehicle when required)
Bonds experience 3-5 years - Absa and Standard bank
Experience in Lexisconvey, MS Excel and E4
Able to work independently.
Ability to work under pressure.
Full function experience required - from opening files, handling registrations and cancelations with the banks.
