A fast-growing law firm based in the Southern Suburbs is looking for a well organised, self-motivated, and seasoned Conveyancing Secretary dealing with Transfers and Bonds.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Matric/Grade 12
At least 5 years'' experience dealing with Transfers from start to finish
At least 5 years'' experience dealing with Bonds from beginning to end
Experience dealing with any 4 of the major banks'' bonds (Absa, Nedbank, Standard Bank or FNB)
Fully competent on LexisConvey as well as Stordoc and
GhostPractice
Conveyancing Secretary qualification advantageous
