VACANCY AVAILABLE: CONVEYANCING (TRANSFER ) SECRETARY:

My client, a Law firm in Pretoria West, is looking for a Conveyancing Secretary – Transfers to join their team.

  • Must have 5 years of experience in Transfers
  • Must be able to run the matter from receipt of instruction and opening of the file to finalizing of finances and upon registration and closure of the file
  • Bonds will be an advantage
  • To start as soon as possible
  • Must be able to work under pressure
  • Computer Programmes:
  • Ghost-Convey
  • Microsoft
  • Salary: Negotiable
