JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements and responsibilities :
  • Matric is essential
  • A paralegal qualification would be beneficial
  • The ideal candidate is friendly and efficient, thriving in a busy team with high volumes of work
  • Ability to use LegalSuite, or at least be a quick learner
  • Opening transfer files
  • Loading information accurately
  • Applying for and paying rates
  • Liaising with clients and estate agents
  • Following up on compliance certificates
  • Making appointments and problem-solving
