JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum requirements and responsibilities :

Matric is essential
A paralegal qualification would be beneficial
The ideal candidate is friendly and efficient, thriving in a busy team with high volumes of work
Ability to use LegalSuite, or at least be a quick learner
Opening transfer files
Loading information accurately
Applying for and paying rates
Liaising with clients and estate agents
Following up on compliance certificates
Making appointments and problem-solving
