SUMMARY:
An established entity within the Wholesale and Retail Industry, based in the NORTH WEST PROVINCE and within the Klerksdorp area, is recruiting for an experienced and skilled Confectioner/Baker.

Experience
The successful incumbent must possess at least two years’ experience, working as a Confectioner within the Hospitality and or Wholesale and Retail Industry.
Formal qualifications
- A grade 12 / matric certificate
Responsibilities
The applicant will be responsible to:
- Prepare, bake and decorate a range of confectionary products by reading and interpreting a recipe.
- Ensure correct products available at the correct time of day.
- Maintain stock levels.
- Work around customer orders and demands.
- Time management is of the essence.
- Clean kitchen and equipment daily.
- Flexibility to work in early morning shifts, during weekends and on public holidays.
