JOB DESCRIPTION:

COMPANY SECRETARIAL COMPLIANCE OFFICER - EPPING - MARKET RELATED

Salary is negotiable for the most suitable candidate if you can demonstrate previous dealings with registration and administration of multiple companies (locally and internationally), if you have a higher-than-average EQ and if you have foreign compliance experience

KYC documentation for banks
Maintaining detail group schedules of all companies
Set up bank accounts
Appointment of auditors
Vat and tax registrations
Director’s appointments/resignations
Auditor and Registered Office changes
Changes to authorized share capital and issued capital
Company Financial Year-end date changes
Amendments to Memorandum of Incorporation: including change of name, main business, etc.
Compiling of all Companies Resolutions /Minutes
Maintaining Company Register and Minute Book (Manual/Electronic)
Maintenance of statutory files
All Companies - Annual Returns
Appointment/Resignation of Public Officer etc.
Rental lease agreements and addendums
Company structure organograms
Responsible for FICA requirements
Incorporation of companies (local and foreign)
Maintenance of Companies Legal Files
