COMMS/EXPORT CLERK - 13.2k - PINETOWN
POSITION INFO:
RS Recruitment Services is assisting a large RETAIL COMPANY based in PINETOWN to source a COMMS/EXPORT CLERK, approximately R13 200 with benefits.
OUR CLIENT HAS BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR OVER 30 YEARS AND IS PART OF A GROUP OF 350 RETAIL STORES ACROSS SOUTHERN AFRICA.
Purpose of the position:
To ensure that all orders are communicated through to the Pickers and administer the processes in support of cross border supply chain and logistics.
Applicants should have/be the following:
Grade 12
Supply chain and logistics qualification or studying towards a similar qualification.
2 – 3 years clerical export experience in a retail warehouse environment.
Microsoft office.
Working knowledge of cross border documentation processes and systems.
SAP experience – advantageous.
Be prepared to work flexible hours, shifts, weekends and public holidays when necessary.
Duties & Responsibilities – but not limited to:
Administer orders for assembly in correct waves and cycles and in order of priority
Check, confirm, release and follow up on all orders for retailers
Administer all cross-border documentation and liaise with border officials and agents
Invoicing of all orders
Processing of all export certificates
Housekeeping standards
Perform ad hoc tasks
Remuneration:
Approximately R13 200 with large company benefits.
