CMT Recon/Creditors Clerk

Requirements:

• QuickBooks
• ISYNC
• Excel(formulars)
• Punctual
• Analytical
• Deadline Driven
• Clothing Industry Experience will be Preferential.
• Accounting AND Mathematics

• Duties:
• Full reconciliation of CMT Payments
• Recon from Order qty to Finished goods Products, analysis of Reject %
• Recon of Materials issued to CMT vs utilisation/returns, analysis of Fabric/Trims/Packaging recon
• Recon of Outwork, cut, sent qty, rec qty, manufactured QTY, PMT of Outwork
• Ensure that all CMT/Outwork Payments are done on Time, Resolve any payment Queries from CMT
• On a Friday compile List for payments for the Following week, for Counting/Receiving
• Check and Process Vendor Invoices On SYNC
• Compile Vendor remittance and forward to vendors, weekly/monthly, with proof of payments
• Check and Verify Integration on QuickBooks Ledger, before Payment is Made to the CMT
• Daily Processing of Material supplier invoices real time, Month end creditor reconciliation(Deadline 07^th of the Month)
• Ensure that the supplier price list is updated, check prices according to price list and ensure that prices are in line with the relevant product/material, analyse material prices and attend to price/qty discrepancy
• Update supplier BEE register
• Compile Creditors Budget(deadline Last day of the month, however, should check weekly)
• General Admin duties
