SUMMARY:
CLIENT SERVICE HOST - dealing with customers on a daily basis. This position is for someone who has worked in the FINANCIAL INDUSTRY e.g ABSA Bank and provide KYC support to the company clients - POSITION IS BASED IN CAPE TOWN

POSITION INFO:

Minimum requirements:

Matric / Grade 12
English first language
Compile sales reports, manage targets and SLA’s
Contact clients to obtain their documentation (Risk Documents, KYC, etc.)
System updates – passwords, system errors, client information
