CITRUS FARM MANAGER

SUMMARY:
Munden Area - KZN: Our client needs to add a member to their team. The ability to speak Zulu and or Xhosa is essential.

POSITION INFO:

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Agriculture Diploma/Degree advantageous
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in citrus management
• Computer literacy in MS Office (excel, outlook, word)
• Administrative and management experience
• People management experience
• Ability to speak ZULU or XHOSA essential!

Responsibilities

• Effective workforce management, coordination and development
• Management of diseases and pests
• Water management and pruning of trees
• Establish new orchards
• Maintain records and documentation
• Practical maintenance
