JOB DESCRIPTION:

Duties and Responsibilities Include (But are not limited to):

  • Processing of investor instructions and investor flow payments;
  • Processing of local and foreign trades instructions received from investments team and trade related
    payments
  • Scrip and cash reconciliations including investigations;
  • Ensuring pricing of underlying securities are correct;
  • Pricing of CIS and ETFs portfolios;
  • Processing and payments of monthly fees;
  • Ensuring that portfolio payables and receivables are accounted for correctly;
  • Daily reporting to clients, including dissemination of unit prices and trade confirmation statements within
    service level agreements including Monthly client reporting;
  • Preparing and processing of local and foreign corporate events including preparing and instructing votes on
    Annual General Meetings of underlying company shares held;
  • Ensuring all processes and controls are followed;
  • Ensure that corporate actions are processed and priced correctly;
  • Assisting with new fund launches, client onboarding and fund amalgamations;
  • Assisting with client queries, including internal and external clients;
  • Assisting with audit queries

Role Qualifications and Experience:

  • Preference will be given to candidates with a Bachelor of Business Science degree/ Bachelor of Commerce
    degree or equivalent tertiary qualification.
  • A minimum of 2 years investment administration experience would be advantageous.
