POSITION INFO:
Review and verification of all supplier invoices
Reconcile to creditors statements
Manage supplier queries
Capture bank and credit card transactions into cash books
Reconcile bank statements
Reconcile credit card statements
Cash management and payment allocations
Maintain the fixed asset register and process journals for depreciation.
Month end journal processing inclusive of accruals, prepayments, payroll and depreciation
Prepare reconciliations and analysis for balance sheet and income/ expense items
Ensuring compliance with the group revenue recognition policies
Commission calculation and validation
Weekly sales forecasting update with all sales personnel
Assist in the preparation of the monthly management reporting pack
Assist with financial planning and analysis
Project costing and profitability analysis and review
Assist in the preparation of weekly cash flow analysis
Skills & Experience:
Enrolled in CIMA
Qualification:
Enrolled with CIMA, Non-negotiable
BCom Honours, Advantageous
