Job Description
Main duties and responsibilities:
Spa Manager: Preferably with Somatology Background/experience. Sauna and Steam Room. Training and management of Therapists. Management of the spa. Stock Control and ordering. Daily administration. Performing of treatments as per below.
Spa Therapists: You will be required to perform a wide range of treatments, to include various and multiple styles of massage, Hot stone Therapy, facials, manicures, pedicures, waxing, etc. Guest Relations, Product treatments and Sales, Assist with Stock control and needed administration around same. Maintaining health and hygiene standards in the spa. The Lodge works with AFRICOLOGY Product Range. Positions available from November 2021.
COUPLES WILL BE CONSIDERED IF PARTNER IS A STRONG EXECUTIVE CHEF or HOSPITALITY/GM with 4/5* Experience. Regret – couples/individuals with Children/pets will not be considered due to staff accommodation and safety constraints.”
Qualifications
National or International Diploma in Somatology/Spa Therapy. CIDESCO/ITEC qualifications preferred.
Skills
4-5 years in a similar role (5 star, Multi outlet) Strong Front of House and Back of House knowledge, POS and Microsoft Office, Employee must be able to handle large tasks with ease and know how, drivers license is a must.
