Job Description

Be responsible for various entities within our group. 4+ years experience in restaurant/food & beverage operations. Management of dark kitchens, assisting with checking stock, overseeing of staff, assisting with deliveries if needed, creating promotions and other general administration involved therein. Versatility is key as the role varies greatly on a daily basis. The role will involve initially job shadowing the current operations manager and taking on more responsibility as you are trained. Must be flexible with time and willing to work overtime if necessary. General working hours will be Monday to Friday during office hours. You will be report daily to your senior operations manager.

Qualifications

Matric certificate.  Relevant hospitality qualifications will be an advantage but not essential.

Skills

Fair understanding of POS/GAAP/IKENTOO.  Fluency in English and good knowledge of Afrikaans would be ideal.  Vibrant and energetic with meticulous admin skills.  Have a good level of responsibility and accountability.  Presentable and well spoken.  Own transport and drivers license.
